Homeowner Responsibility

For partial closings, Homeowners are to ensure the pool water level is below the skimmer for fiberglass pools or under the jets for any other type of pool. All closings require that any necessary pool equipment, such as plugs, are left near the pool. There may be additional charges if any items need to be replaced to ensure proper closing.

A $50 charge will be added for closings on poly-type covers if homeowner does not fill water tubes.

Payment must be made in full upon completion of services. Any returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
